At The Brilliant Bond, we believe jewelry is more than something you wear — it is a bond between who you are, what you feel, and how you shine. We are committed to crafting high‑quality jewelry and lab‑grown diamonds, and to standing behind our work with a clear, fair, and trustworthy warranty.

We warrant that:

• All jewelry purchased directly from The Brilliant Bond is free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery; and
• The optical properties of our lab‑grown diamonds will not fade or become cloudy over time under normal wear and proper care.

Limited Lifetime Warranty Coverage

The Limited Lifetime Warranty is effective from the original date of purchase and applies only to jewelry purchased directly from The Brilliant Bond. This warranty is available exclusively to the original purchaser and is non‑transferable.

If, at any time while you own your jewelry, we determine that it has failed due to a defect in materials or manufacturing workmanship, The Brilliant Bond, at its discretion, will:

• Repair the jewelry at no cost to you; or
• If repair is not feasible, replace the item with the same or a comparable style, or issue a merchandise credit of equal value.

 

What Is Not Covered

This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover the following, including but not limited to:

• Normal wear and tear, aging, or damage resulting from everyday use (such as scratches, dents, or thinning of metal);
• Lost, chipped, cracked, broken, or damaged diamonds or gemstones, including center or side stones;
• Damage caused by impact, force, accidents, misuse, abuse, or improper handling;
• Damage resulting from improper care or exposure to chemicals, extreme temperatures, or harsh environments (including swimming pools, hot tubs, perfumes, cleaning agents, or cosmetics);
• Damage caused by failure to perform reasonable maintenance or follow recommended care instructions;
• Loss, theft, or mysterious disappearance;
• Natural variations in metal finish, color, texture, or gemstone characteristics;
• Wear of precious metals and prongs over time, which may occur through normal use and is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Warranty Void Conditions

This Limited Lifetime Warranty will be void if:

• Any repair, resizing, modification, polishing, or other service is performed by a third‑party jeweler or service provider not authorized by The Brilliant Bond;
• Unauthorized alterations or structural modifications are made to the jewelry;
• Valid proof of purchase or order information cannot be provided.

How to Request Warranty Service

If you believe your jewelry may have a manufacturing defect, please contact The Brilliant Bond Customer Care and provide:

• Your order number or proof of purchase;
• Clear photos and/or videos showing the area of concern;
• A brief description of when and how the issue was noticed.

Our team will review the information provided and determine whether the issue may be covered under this Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Repair Process

• If the issue is determined to be a manufacturing defect:
  We will provide instructions for returning the jewelry and, where applicable, cover the cost of repair. Shipping responsibility may vary based on location and circumstance and will be communicated by our Customer Care team.
• If the issue is not covered by warranty:
  We will provide a repair estimate for your approval. Upon approval and payment, we will proceed with the repair and return the jewelry to you once service is completed.

Care & Insurance Recommendation

While diamonds are exceptionally durable, they are not indestructible. To protect your jewelry and preserve its beauty, we recommend:

• Regular inspection of prongs and settings;
• Removing jewelry during high‑impact or high‑risk activities;
• Obtaining personal jewelry insurance to cover loss, theft, or accidental damage.

Repairs & Maintenance Services

Repairs and maintenance due to normal wear — including cleaning, polishing, prong tightening, rhodium plating, or resizing — may be available through The Brilliant Bond for an additional fee, where applicable.

Please note that any unauthorized third‑party service may void your warranty.

Final Notes

The Brilliant Bond reserves the right to interpret, modify, or update this Limited Lifetime Warranty at its discretion, provided that such changes do not affect warranties already in effect at the time of purchase.
