All orders are shipped via secure international carriers with an estimated delivery time of 2–5 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local regulations. Any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Discreet & Secure Packaging

Your privacy matters. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging that does not reveal the contents inside.

Every piece is carefully packaged to protect your jewelry during transit.

For security reasons, orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery.

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to reroute or change the delivery address.

Hold for Pickup & Alternate Delivery Options

If you prefer not to receive your order at home, you may choose a Hold for Pickup option at a secure carrier location, where your package will be held for up to five (5) business days.

You may also ship your order to a trusted friend, family member, or work address. For assistance arranging alternate delivery options, please contact Customer Service.
